Minimally Invasive Office Procedures

Her Option endometrial ablation for excessive bleeding (a possible alternative to a hysterectomy)
Colposcopy examination under a colposcope for abnormal pap smears
Biopsy (obtaining a tissue sample to establish a diagnosis for an abnormal pap smear)
Cryo of the cervix for abnormal pap smears, cervical erosion and chronic cervicitis
IUD insertion (an alternative to the oral BCP, ring or patch)
Pessary support (a possible alternative to surgery for cystocele, rectocele and uterine prolapse)
GYN pelvic ultrasound done in the comfort of our office and performed by a certified ultrasonographer

Dr. Biocic will always be conservative in your treatment. In some cases a conservative approach may not be appropriate, however, and you may require a more invasive surgery.
